Description
The experiment platform of integrated automation control system for process control consists of hardware and software. The hardware includes control panel, intelligent instruments, DCS control modules, programmable controller and single-chip microcomputer. The software consists of database software and equipment configuration software, equipment programming software, and industrial configuration software, service packs and engineering math software.
The experiment table is with the iron double microgroove structure. The top of the table is made of fire-protection, waterproof, wear-resistant and high-density board. The structure is solid, and the shape is like a cuboids with enclosed structure. A large drawer is designed, which is used for storage of tools and data. The top of table is used to install control panel of power supply. The training table is with universal wheels and fixing mechanism, which is convenient to move and be fixed.
Control panel of power supply: it is equipped with air switch with leakage protection and current leakage protector, which gives full consideration to the personal safety protection. It is equipped with power supply starting control circuit with a key and multiple sets of fuse. At the same time, each group of high voltage output is controlled by a knob switch to ensure the safety of equipment and it is easy to operate and control. It is equipped with split-phase voltage meters and indicator lighst. It is intuitive and you can see strong current information clearly. It is equipped with frequency converter and its control interface panel, which is convenient to be familiar with, operate and apply the frequency converter.
Signal interface panel: instrument signals and electrical signals in the controlled object are transferred to signal wiring board, providing AI, AO, DO with signal interfaces detected by sensors and controlled by actuator, which is convenient for students to form different control systems. Experimenter can connect the experiment board and signal board in different ways through safety plug in wires to complete the various kinds of experiments for process control.
DCS control system (optional)
The network of the system can be divided into three levels, monitoring network, system network and control network. Monitoring network achieves the interconnection among the engineer station, operator station, and advanced computer station. System network achieves the interconnection of field control station and system server. Control network achieves the communication between field control station and process I/O unit. A large system can be composed of multiple sets of servers, thus the system is divided into multiple domains. Each domain can consists of independent server, system network SNET and multiple field control stations to complete the relatively independent acquisition and control functions. Domain has a domain name. The data in domain can be separately configured and managed. The data among the domains can have the same name. Each domain can share monitoring network and engineer station. The operator station and advanced computer station can be operated by logining to different domains through domain name.
The data can be independently configured according to the domains. And the data in de domains can be defined by reference or communication configuration among the domains, which reference each other by monitoring network.
