Description
The YL-360 PLC Trainer screen includes power supply indicator and control unit, time management device (with power protection) unit, indicator light and button unit, selector switch, buzzer and relay unit, instrument unit, DC power supply unit, seven-segment LED unit, and both sides of the power control panel is installed with a two-plug outlet respectively, and the inlet terminal of external power supply is mounted on the left side of the power control panel (using air plug connecting structure); the general training module fixed structure is composed by three stainless steel sections on the upper part of the training screen, and 8 training modules can be placed once.
Function features of each module:
- AC power control unit: The three-phase four-wire 380V AC power supply works by air switches. The device is equipped with the indication of power supply and power, fuse protection with lamp, on-off switch control, indication of leakage alarm, an alarm reset and quick stop switch. It provides each group of three-phase four-wire 380V, single-phase 220V power supply and two groups of three-insert AC200V socket, which controlled by on-off switch and with the fuse protection.
- Timer and alarm recorder: It used as a clock, with setting time, timing alarm, power cutting off and other functions. In addition, it also can automatically record the number of over-current alarm caused by wiring or operating errors.
- DC power supply, DC voltage / current meter, the output and indication of logic level: DC voltage: 0～±10V adjustable output; DC current: 4～20mA adjustable output; DC digital voltage meter / current meter: voltage range 0 ~ 30V, precision 0.5, current range 0～30mA, precision 0.5; Equipped with logic-level output (inching switch, yellow/green/red switches), logic level indicator (yellow green red indicator), LED digital tube, selector switch, buzzer, DC 24V relay, DC voltage output: 12V/2A and 24V/6A one group (with fuse protection);
- PLC module: PLC host uses MITSUBISHI FX3U-48MR; input 24 points, output 24 points. It contains 24 toggle switches, 1 ship type switch and 1 fuse. (or equal with other brands such as Siemens, OMRON PLC);
- Frequency inverter module: Inverter adopts MITSUBISHI E740/0.75KW. It contains 1 potentiometer, 7 toggle switches, 1 ship type switch and 1 fuse. (or equal with other brands such as Siemens, OMRON inverter);
- Three-phase asynchronous motor module: The electric motor is a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, which is used for frequency converter speed regulation and fixed base.
