Performance and Characteristics
1. The experimental bench adopts cold-rolled steel plate (and after plastic spraying and anticorrosion treatment), with desktop structure and control operation integrated.
2. The electrical operation control is of the lower type, and the hydraulic station is placed in the main cabinet of the hydraulic platform.The whole structure is compact, harmonious, beautiful and practical, which can be used for 4-6 people.
3. Load the machine with a scaled down all-metal structure, and start the hydraulic system to operate the machine according to the experimental requirements.
4. The loading machine is made according to the structure and reduction ratio of real objects, which can truly reflect the actual working conditions of the machine and enable students to deeply understand the structure and working principle of each part of the mechanism in the experiment.
5. Manual control and automatic control are adopted for experimental control.
6. The test parts adopt pressure-resistant rubber hose, and the pressure can reach 25Mpa.
7. With three-phase leakage protection and output voltage of 380V/220V, the power will be cut off if the leakage current to the ground exceeds 30mA;The electric control adopts DC 24V power supply with overvoltage protection to prevent the equipment from damage by wrong operation.

9. Wireless data transfer system:
Wireless data transmission mode is adopted between the machine control end (PLC) and the controlled object (training module), and the transmission distance is more than 40 meters.Data of multiple modules can be collected for processing, and instructions can be sent to each module to enable multiple modules to run cooperatively.No less than 100 channels, the maximum is 100 to 100, 800 to 800 channels of information collection point remote wireless transmission.(Provide on-site sample demonstration;If the demonstration site is limited, the transmission distance shall be no less than 10 meters and the control channels shall be no less than 8.
