YL-386A Intelligent hydraulic transmission comprehensive training device consists of training operation platform, electrical control platform, computer table, data acquisition system, and upper computer configuration simulation control system with strong functions of data acquisition and training simulation, which can help students complete basic hydraulic transmission training and fluid mechanics related training. Intelligent data system can help student complete comprehensive trainings for the design and innovation of hydraulic transmission. The function of training device can meet the requirements of basic trainings for students in colleges and universities, and the expansion function also can meet the requirements of teaching and scientific research, which is very suitable for graduate students of hydraulic related majors, teachers, experts and engineers engaged in teaching and scientific research.
Components of the experimental device:
1. The experimental device is composed of the experimental bench, hydraulic pump station, common hydraulic components, electrical control unit, data acquisition system and other parts.
2. Vertical steel structure is used in experimental bench with concave type oil pan, special antirust treatment on the surface, “T” type aluminum surface operation, installation area is larger, hydraulic valves are equipped with quick change double play card plastic plate, hydraulic circuit adopts open closed flush quick change with high pressure oil pipe, can be freely according to the experimental schematic diagram lap experimental circuits.The whole test bench has reasonable structure and beautiful shape.
