System composition:
1, the system design into three water tank, a source water tank (on the bottom, large volume) stainless steel materials, two is to control the water tank (in the upper, small volume), materials for organic glass, water tank water closed-circuit circulation way, one-time without external water after water injection, after the experiment can be put back to the source water tank, the water source are connected to the drain tank bottom.
2. Water level control of the water tank.Realization process: after setting the water level of the water tank, the actual level is detected by the liquid level transmitter and then fed into the PLC for PID operation. The output standard signal controls the opening degree of the regulating valve to achieve the purpose of adjusting the water level and setting the level limit alarm.
3. Pipe pressure control.Realization process: set the water pressure value in the pipeline, detect the actual pressure of the pipeline through the pressure transmitter installed on the pipeline and feed it to PLC for PID operation. The PLC outputs the analog signal to control the water pump inverter, so as to achieve the pressure stability in the pipeline and set the high and low pressure limit alarm.
4. Constant flow control.Realization process: set the fixed flow value on the touch screen or computer, and the system will supply water according to the set flow. When the system flow rate needs to be changed, only the control terminal flow value needs to be changed, and the flow rate of the system can be controlled by controlling the frequency converter.
5. Water temperature control in the water tank.Realization process: the heating rod will add the water temperature in the heating tank to the set temperature and wait for the temperature sensor to detect. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating will stop and the temperature sensor will conduct real-time detection to ensure the water temperature in the tank is constant.
6. Network function. The upper layer system adopts CP343 Ethernet interface module to facilitate the connection with users.
