The equipment is a process control and automatic instrument comprehensive experimental system developed by yalong technology group co., ltd. in order to meet the needs of teaching and engineering practice platforms in various colleges and universities.The device embodies the concept of engineering, emphasizing engineering, practice and openness. Functional features
The equipment consists of three parts: a training table, a training device and a controller.The high material aluminum alloy treated by oxidation is used as the main frame material of the equipment. Both sides of the training platform and the power box are made of hemp grey laminate. Four guide wheels are installed at the bottom to facilitate the movement of the training platform.The lower part of the desktop is a semi-open space, where relevant equipment can be placed.The training device consists of two cisterns, heating device, temperature regulating device, various testing devices, water pump and pipeline.The electrical equipment of the controller is mainly composed of inverter unit, PLC unit and temperature control unit, and each part of the electrical equipment is completely open, which can be connected freely and combined at will to meet various control requirements.
1. On-site control of experimental object device
The experimental object of process control technology is a miniaturized production process object, which should have the following characteristics:
(1) four commonly used industrial thermal parameters: temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level representative of the engineering detection and sensor transmission device.
(2) the process object can realize the control experiments from single loop, feedforward – feedback and ratio stably.
(3) PID adjustment algorithm can be verified on it.
2. Field electrical control and wiring system
Field electrical control box including inverter, solid state relay and other strong interference equipment.
(1) a single-phase input and three-phase output converter (fr-d720).
(2) a programmable controller (Siemens CPU SR30) and an analog module (EM AM03).
(3) high reliability of the terminal row, enhance the system’s maintainability and expansibility
