Configuration
YL-1557A Water cooled Central Air condition Trainer uses one 3p water-cooling machine unit, one cooling water pump, one chilling water pump. In the terminal, there are one simulating lobby and one simulating guest room. One water collecting facility and one water distributing facility will distribute and adjust the amount of cooling capacity. The central air–conditioner adopts PLC as master control unit, communicate with PLC through computer with communication cable to control operation of air-Conditioner, which also can be remotely controlled through network, Parameters for real-time display and monitor on computer are collected by sensor and converter, then converted through A/D and send to PLC, PLC send to computer to proceed the real-time monitoring.
The YL-1557A Water cooled Central Air condition Trainer is able to realize two modes: manual and computer control; Manual control button is on the control cabinet door, which are access to PLC corresponding input variable, control the central air-condition directly. Computer control uses configuration technology to set up stable communication between computer and PLC, so as to control the complete central air-condition, and realize the display and analysis of air-condition running data; meanwhile can be updated through network to set up communication between computer and computer, so as to realize the remote control of central air-condition.
