Description
The training system of yL-1631A intelligent workstation adopts an open training structure. Each unit can form an independent system, and more than three kinds of robot tooling can be replaced. It is highly flexible and easy to expand.Its specific functions are as follows:
(1) Industrial robot handling unit
The industrial robot handling unit undertakes the task of handling in the whole system. It drives the precise positioning of the small six-joint industrial robot by stepping or servo-driven moving slide track, and transports materials to the designated position according to the control requirements.
(2) Feeding unit
In the whole system, the feeding unit plays the role of providing raw materials to other units in the system.The workpiece (raw material) placed in the silo to be processed is automatically pushed out to the material platform as required so that the industrial robot handling unit can grasp it and carry it to other units.
(3) Machining unit
The processing unit is one of the processing units for the workpiece. In the whole system, it plays a role of simulating punching or stamping for the workpiece transferred.Its main function is to the unit of the material table workpiece (workpiece is sent by the conveyor unit grasp manipulator device) to the stamping mechanism below, to complete a stamping processing action, and then sent back to the material table, waiting for the conveyor unit grasp manipulator device out.
(4) Trajectory unit
Stainless steel processing manufacturing, etched in the plane, the surface of different graphics rules patterns.It can train the basic point teaching of the robot and master the straight and curved moving footprints.The location of learning points and the optimization of robot movement route selection.
(5) Stacking unit
Stacking unit is to put the finished workpiece into storage to improve the storage of materials per unit area.
