YL-1806A flexible automated assembly line training equipment is the most representative manufacturing automation system in the use of flexible manufacturing technology. The Flexlible Manufacturing Line Training System consists of five major parts, which are the main control part, the storage part, the mechanical processing part, the visual inspection part, and the logistics transportation part. The master console is used as the master control part. The storage part is composed of three-dimensional warehouse units. The machining part is composed of a three-axis milling machine processing unit, a raw material stamping and forming unit, and material processing. The visual inspection part is composed of six-joint robot handling unit and visual inspection unit. The logistics transportation part is composed of an overhead gantry type handling robot, 6 linear conveyor units, and 4 90º turning conveyor units.
