YL-1355A Robotic Welding Trainer (hereinafter referred to as YL-1355A), YL-1355A is mainly composed of FANUC robot, robot controller, welding machine, wire feeder, welding gun, smoke filter, gas bottle(100% industrial liquid carbon dioxide), welding workbench, control cabinet, computer workbench, etc. The overall structure is large steel plate floor type.
Function description

1. Basic function of robot unit
The robot unit plays an extremely important role in the high-quality and efficient welding production. For different working faces of the welding fixture, the robot can judge the corresponding welding instruction through the program. The welding voltage, current, welding speed and dry extension of the welding plays a decisive role in the welding result. Welding unit is composed of welding machine, wire feeder, wire set, welding gun, 100% industry liquid carbon dioxide. Main task of welding unit is to provide high-quality welding, which can accomplish the following function:

4. Basic function of control cabinet
Control cabinet is composed of PLC, touch screen, switching power supply, etc. The main function is to control the start, stop, monitor and response of alarm information of YL-1355A, it is the control center of YL-1355A.
