The equipment has 2 conveyor lines, one of which mainly realizes the palletizing function of industrial robots, uses cuboid workpieces, and has functions such as automatic discharging, color detection, and in-position detection. The other one mainly realizes the automatic replacement of the tooling of the robot, and automatically completes the functions of welding (simulation), polishing, spraying (simulation), assembly, etc., using four special-shaped workpieces (cube, cylinder, hemisphere, triangular pyramid) and one installation Work with a small handle. The top of the special-shaped workpiece has a sinking threaded hole, and the small handle workpiece has a downwardly extending screw. The screw of the small handle workpiece can be matched with the threaded hole of the special-shaped workpiece, and can be combined into a whole after rotating one side.
