YL-1638B industrial robot smartphone assembly workstation focuses on the industrial application scenarios of industrial robots and core skills of teaching skills, covering the practical application of industrial robots in general industrial industries.
This set of equipment includes multifunctional integrated training equipment such as quick-change flanges at the end of the robot, industrial robots, pneumatics and sensors, and programmable logic controllers. The equipment is divided into three combined workbenches, each equipped with one A PLC programmable logic controller completes a set process, and the PLC between the workbench and the workbench is connected through 485 serial communication.
Each set of equipment can satisfy multiple students for operation and learning at the same time. The function of the training equipment focuses on the students’ practical programming training, and is used in conjunction with the simulation training room. The industrial robot smartphone assembly workstation allows students to master professional knowledge and skills through real industrial typical application cases, and simplifies the complex process. Function description
1. System control cabinet
The system control cabinet is equipped with market mainstream PLC, relay, leakage and other components. The panel is divided into demonstration and training. It can be switched by the mode selection switch on the panel of the control cabinet.
Online mode: Integrated control is carried out through PLC with industrial robot and robot teach pendant configuration, equipment safety system, and electrical control of training modules. Can practice industrial robots, PLC, electrical control, frequency conversion speed regulation, stepping control, etc. for system integration.
Stand-alone mode: When switching to the training mode, the robot’s I/O signal and the operating object carrier signal are switched to the corresponding safety socket on the control cabinet panel. And there are multiple buttons and indicator lights under various signals, which can directly connect each signal through a safe connection, and can learn the I/O point configuration of the robot to conduct the electrical and pneumatic training of the robot.
2.Mobile phone assembly workstation

The mobile phone assembly workstation includes: Samsung Note4 series mobile phones, robot end quick change system, programmable logic controller, magnetic switch, rodless cylinder, photoelectric switch and other equipment. The whole workstation is designed with compact structure and comprehensive functions, which can well complete the parts assembly tasks of real mobile phones. The overall work tasks are designed tightly, and the operation is meticulous and real, which simplifies and transfers the real process in industrial production to education and teaching. In the equipment, users can use the programmable logic controller to cooperate with various electronic components, sensors, and mechanical parts in robots and industrial automation applications to complete mobile phone assembly tasks.
3. Task description
The mobile phone assembly workstation is mainly composed of robots, rodless pneumatic sliding tables, mobile phone case bins, battery bins and other equipment. In the automatic running state, the PLC controls the pneumatic sliding table action to activate the pushing and ejecting cylinders at the same time, and the mobile phone body is pushed out and fixed. When the pneumatic sliding table for feeding is in place, the PLC informs the robot to grasp and install the SIM card in place After the completion, the robot continues to install the battery and the back cover of the mobile phone. After the installation is completed, the robot changes the gripper to grab the semi-finished product of the mobile phone. When the gripper grabs the mobile phone body, the robot informs the PLC end, and the PLC commands the return of the material and the ejection cylinder to retract , When the retracting action is over, the robot grabs the phone body to the stylus installation table to complete the stylus installation. After all the steps are over, the robot places the mobile phone in the finished product bin, and the whole process ends here.
