Equipment Overview
The YL-1802A Smart Manufacturing Training System can realize the production of worm gear reducer and module. Customers only need to place orders on PC or cell phone to order products. The unmanned production uses RFID identification technology to realize the transparency of the whole production process, and customers can monitor the whole production process after placing orders; 3D warehouse storage control is undertaken by the visual inspection system. Visual inspection identifies the type of products, data feedback is produced, and then the products will be stored in the corresponding storage area to realize the monitoring of the storage quantity of products in the 3D warehouse. Thus, the whole system realizes the unmanned intelligent manufacturing production.
The YL-1802A Smart Manufacturing Training System communicates via CC-LINK bus for data exchange, with a total of 3 PLCs, including the master control.
