Yalong YL-301D Automatic Control Training System (with robots) is a set of modular system. It is a typical mechanical platform of automatic production line, composed by central control station, feeding station, transportation station, processing station, installation station, installation the transportation station, conveyor belt station, transportation and sorting station, sorting station and other work stations. Each mechanism of the system adopts pneumatic drive and stepper motor position control technology. The control way of the system is that one PLC is responsible for control of one working station, and each PLC is connected for distributed control via the networking communication.
It integrates a variety of technical knowledge, such as pneumatic control technology, mechanical technology (mechanical transmission, mechanical connection, etc.), sensors technology, PLC control and networking, the stepper motor position control technology. It simulates a control process very close to real production situation, which provides the learners a teaching environment very close to real environment, and it greatly reduces the distance between the theoretical teaching and practical application.
