Yalong YL-1808A Multi-robot Manufacturing Training System (hereinafter referred to as 1808A), 1808A includes 5 workstations and more than 10 production processes. The 5 workstations are the loading station, the assembly and engraving station, the capping station, the automatic locking screw station, and the handling and palletizing station. More than 10 processes are conveying tray feeding, A workpiece feeding, B workpiece feeding, A1 workpiece assembly, B1 workpiece assembly, A1 workpiece engraving, B1 workpiece engraving, capping, automatic lock screw, finished product palletizing, storage, etc.

Equipment function description

1808A is mainly composed of 5 workstations, each workstation is equipped with conveying unit, conveying positioning unit, industrial robot, functional structure of each workstation, etc.

1.The process flow of the whole equipment is to assemble, engrave, assemble, palletize and other work for four kinds of workpieces through the conveying unit to each workstation.

2.The main function of the loading station is to move the conveying tray to the conveyor belt, and to transport the workpiece A or the workpiece B to the tray to a workstation. The workstation mainly includes a chain conveying unit, industrial robots, two sets of handling fixtures, conveying positioning unit, conveying transmission unit, PLC and other electrical control systems.

3. The main function of the assembling and engraving station is to assemble the small workpieces of the station into the large workpieces from the conveyor line and to engrave the small workpieces according to the patterns pre-designed by the industrial robot. The workstation mainly includes electric control systems such as chain conveying unit, industrial robot, small workpiece handling fixture, engraving system, workpiece library, conveying positioning unit, conveying drive unit, PLC and so on.

4. The main function of the capping station is to cap the previously assembled and engraved workpieces. The cap has a certain weight and volume, so there must be certain requirements for the corresponding fixtures. The workstation mainly includes chain conveying unit, industrial robot, workpiece library, fixture kit, conveying positioning unit, conveying transmission unit, PLC and other electrical control systems.

5. The main function of the automatic screw-locking station is to screw the four corners of the assembled workpieces. The screw mechanism of the institute is fully automatic. The workstation mainly includes electrical control systems such as chain conveyor units, industrial robots, automatic vibrating trays, automatic screw-locking machines, conveyor positioning units, and PLCs.

6. The main function of the handling and palletizing station is to stack the previously assembled workpieces, and send them to the three-dimensional warehouse after the stacking is completed. The workstation mainly includes chain conveyor units, industrial robots, palletizing turntables, three-dimensional warehouses, workpiece handling fixtures, stacking fixtures, conveying positioning units, PLC and other electrical control systems.
