YL-335N Smart Transportation Production Line Training System is composed of 6 stations which are installed on aluminum alloy guide training platform, namely feeding station, manufacturing station, assembly station, conveying station, sorting station and robot palletizing station. The electrical layout adopts double-drawer type, and all electrical controllers are installed on the mesh plate drawer. The separation design of electrical and mechanical is in accordance with the industrial practice condition. It adapts to the industrial development trend adding with robotic palletizing station. The widely use of industrial robots not only can improve the quality and output of products, but also can protect the personal safety, improve the working environment, reduce labor intensity and improve labor productivity, save the raw material consumption and reduce production cost, which is of great significance.
Each station works as an independent system and as an electro-mechanical system as well.Basically, each unit has a pneumatic actuator. However, for the integral motion of the manipulator in the conveying unit, a servo-motor is adopted to drive and perform precise position control. The drive system is characterized by its longer stroke and multi-positioning points, it is a typical one dimensional positioning control system. The conveyor driving system of sorting station uses an alternating transmission in which a three phase asynchronous motor is driven by the universal converter. The position control and frequency converter technology is the most widely used electric control technology in modern industries and enterprises.
On YL-335B, there are many types of sensors installed to detect object movement positions, moving status, colors and characteristics.
Regarding the control, YL-335N adopts a PLC network control based on RS485 serial communications. Each work unit is controlled by a PLC, and the distributed control mode of
interconnection between PLC is realized through RS485 serial communications. Users may select PLC from different manufacturers and RS485 communications mode supported to establish a small PLC network according to their needs. Measuring the PLC network technology based on RS485 serial communications will lay a good foundation for further study of the site bus technology and industrial ether technology.
