Description
The YL-DZ-II Synthesize Electronic Training Bench offers a wealth of trainings on basic electronics. Combining the actual producing practice with the skills requirement for occupation post, the platform is developed in accordance with the teaching requirements of vocational colleges and the experiment training requirements, which can be applied for stimulating the teaching and experiment training in courses provided by vocational colleges as well as for training programs like electronic training, recognition and detection of electronic components, circuit board welding, electronics assembly, electronic product debugging, and PCB board chart designing.
YL-DZ-II consists of two main training boards: one for analog circuit basics and the other for digital circuit basics. The basic circuits and electronic chips used on the two training boards are all carefully selected and can meet the requirements of the syllabus and training schemes of all schools and colleges. All training circuits on the training board for analog circuit basics are modularized and unitized, which will be convenient for the teacher to teach lessons and for the student to learn. And for all training content required about the training board for digital circuit basics, the installation of digital chips and the circuit connection should all be practiced by the student so as to cultivate his hands-on ability and problem solving skills.
Overall structure
YL-DZ-II Synthesize Electronic Training Bench is generally divided into two parts: the iron training pegboard frame & power integration bench, and the iron table. The iron training pegboard frame and power integration bench: The table can be divided into two layers with the upper stage fixing two electronic circuit training boards with screws which can be used for completion of various multi-door experiments; and the lower equipped with multiple DC and AC power supplies needed for the training, including two independent and symmetrical experimental power and instrumentation groups, which can allow two people to complete different experiments in the same laboratory bench at the same time so as to make the training evaluation convenient. The device adopts the single-phase power supply, and is equipped with air switch with leakage protection, as well as with fuses to ensure safe use. The iron table: the table is pressed and welded by iron, and the desktop uses high-density material coating, which can make the table scratch-resistant and high temperature-proof.
