The YL-1123 Substation Automation Training Equipment takes a typical 35kV intelligent substation as the object, adopts the technology of combining virtual and real simulation, and builds a training platform integrating the operation, maintenance and repair of substation and distribution.

The training projects include substation operation and maintenance, substation and distribution equipment maintenance and fault finding, electrical testing and relay protection device testing, etc., to meet the training needs of vocational colleges and large enterprises for compound talents, and can be used as a professional training program for students majoring in electric power. It also provides an excellent platform for enterprise employee training, skill assessment and labor competition.

Features

The integrated training system for power transformation and distribution operation, maintenance and maintenance consists of a 35kV simulated intelligent substation, a 10kV switch cabinet, a simulated load cabinet, and a tool cabinet. 1.35kV Simulation Intelligent Substation and Teacher Station

Digital simulation of 35kV intelligent substation, including substation monitoring system, primary equipment area, high-voltage switch distribution room, protection room, tool room, trainer’s desk, learning field auxiliary training and other parts, and the whole range of substation production and operation process simulation. As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4. The trainer station can control the running status and fault settings of all trainee machines.

2.10kV central switchgear

The switchgear is composed of the cabinet, the middle-mounted handcart, the protection and the instrument room.

The 10kV switchgear and the simulated load cabinet are an important part of the integrated training system for power transformation and distribution operation, maintenance and maintenance. The software and hardware equipment form a complete whole. , The fault affects the running state of the simulated substation.

The central switch cabinet adopts a standardized design, the allowable current of the busbar is 630A, the upper part is the incoming line metering part, and the lower half is the outgoing line part. The cabinet structure is adopted, and the cabinet is stamped from high-quality steel plates. The front and rear of the cabinet are installed with locking door panels, and the left and right side panels are easy to remove. There are steel plates for isolation between the rooms to ensure safe use. The surface protective layer of the cabinet structure parts is beautiful in color and reliable in quality; it can satisfy the observation, installation and debugging of the trainers;

YL-1123 Substation Automation Training Equipment parameters: The overall parameters of the training power distribution cabinet and the main parameters of internal components (vacuum circuit breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, arresters, etc.) are consistent with the switch cabinets in the real substation. 3. Simulated load cabinet (including TV unit)

Simulate a 10kV load, including resistive elements, motor loads, and load control elements. It can simulate actual load changes and line faults. Various types of faults can be set for 10kV switchgear and load cabinet, more than 80 kinds of secondary faults such as switchgear control circuit and energy storage circuit can be set, and two-phase and three-phase short-circuit faults of 10kV line can also be set.

4. The system is safe and reliable:

No real high voltage is loaded, but the operating state is the same as the real high voltage environment, and the system is safe; the loading system has various protection functions and has leakage protection functions; the loading system has good fault tolerance, and students’ misoperation will not affect personal and system safety.

5. Training function simulation:

The system operates equipment through typical customers, making the system a multi-functional skill training system integrating “teaching, learning, training and examination”.

 

Comprehensiveness: It can enable students to have a comprehensive understanding of the primary and secondary systems of the power supply and distribution system, and be familiar with the power supply and distribution methods of power distribution equipment.
