System composition
The Solar photovoltaic power generation training system is mainly divided into two parts: the control unit and the solar trajectory simulation unit.
The control unit comprises a PLC control system, the optical sensor tracking system, solar power system, data monitoring system and load system; solar trajectory simulation unit comprises a DC motor motion system, the solar power generation system.
Ø Control unit
1.PLC control system: mainly use SIEMENS SMART200 series controller, combined with the optical sensor, according to the law of the sun rises from the west, through the PLC sun tracking control two DC motor to achieve solar panels. And through logical control to achieve the normal operation of the whole device.
2.Optical sensor tracking system: the use of high-precision optical sensors. The accuracy is 0.1 degrees and the PE filter material is adopted.

4.Solar power generation control system, including a photo-voltaic controller, a solar inverter, four batteries. The photo-voltaic controller mainly charges the battery energy from the solar panel conversion. The battery stores electrical energy, and then converts the direct current into 220V/50HZ alternating current through a DC inverter to supply power to the load.
The photovoltaic controller uses a photovoltaic controller with LCD. The controller has overcharge protection and over discharge protection, which can effectively guarantee the service life of the battery.

5.Data monitoring system; uses high-precision digital display meter to monitor the voltage and current data of solar power generation and voltage and current data used for load.
6.Load system: AC load of this equipment is 220V, incandescent lamp and resistor. DC load is DC motor and small fan etc.
Ø Solar trajectory simulation unit
1.DC motor movement system: two DC motors are selected to adjust the elevation and azimuth angle of the solar panel synchronously.
