The resource of this equipment is fully open. It’s not only suitable for teaching, but also for skill competition of electrical and automatic control specialties, class design and graduation design. Besides the common SCM peripheral circuit, this equipment adopts new USB interface module, CAN bus interface module, Ethernet interface module, DC-AC and servo motor control, 80×16 tricolor matrix screen, thermal printer, speech synthesis, ultrasonic ranging, infrared communication and pulse potentiometer to replace some old and unpractical chip (eg. 82C55),to keep up with the development of SCM application technology. This equipment cultivates students’thinking and practical abilities in many aspects, like electric and SCM control, electric circuit, software design. Combination of practice with teaching enables graduates to design and manufacture common industrial control automation equipment by use of SCM knowledge, thus to become enterprises’useful personnel.
