Description
This YL-236 MCU Trainer adopts the structural design of training table and training module,The module adopts a standard structure and is highly interchangeable,The module content is determined according to the principle of input, output, data conversion and other functions, so that the required module can be easily selected during teaching or competition.
The resource of this equipment is fully open, not only suitable for education, but also for skill competition of electrical and automation control specialty, class arrangement and graduation design. It is even equipped with electromechanical integral device: YL-G001 type intelligent material transportor, which is vacant in domestic SCM teaching facilities. This equipment cultures students’ abilities of thinking and practice in many aspects, such as pneumatic control, electric control, SCM control, electric circuit and software design. The way of combining teaching with practice enables graduates to design and manufacture conventional industrial control automation equipments by use of their SCM knowledge, thus become enterprises’useful personnel.
This YL-236 MCU Trainer mainly consists of training table (training table and class table are combo designed), computer cart, host module, power module, emluator module, display module, command module, AD\DA module, AC-DC motor control module, stepping motor control module, sensor matching module, extensive module, temperature sensor module, parallel serial conversion module, IIC bus module, dolly motion module, intelligent material handling device, etc. All module resources are open. It can do confirmatory experiments and design experiments, embody the design concept of flexibility, open, innovation, integration and trans-nations, also conform to students’ cognitive learning curve from basis to high level, from theory to practice.
