- Aims of ability cultivation
1. Master the basic operating method of installation and repair of the indoor lighting circuit;
2. Master the basic skills of installing the indoor power distribution device and the energy metering circuit;
3. Master the wiring process of the control cabinet. Be able to connect and wire the electrical control circuit according to the motor control schematic and wiring diagram. Be able to test the control cabinet;
- Contents and requirements of training
A. Use of single-phase kilowatt hour meter
1. Understand the principles of single-phase and three-phase kilowatt hour meters and the power measurement methods of single-phase and three-phase A.C. circuits;
2. Master the connection and wiring of single-phase and three-phase kilowatt hour meters.
B. Installation of Indoor Lighting Circuits
1. Understand the technical requirements and wiring process of indoor low-voltage distribution lines; Master the knowledge of classification, selection and installation of lighting appliances; Understand the operating principles and installation methods of Connect to Ground and Connect to Neutral;
2. Install the plug sockets, chandeliers, bracket lamps, ceiling lamps and fluorescent lights of a two-bedroom-with-one-living-room house with the following three wiring methods: conduit wiring, raceway wiring and plastic sheathed line wiring;
3. Be able to conduct quality inspection and power-on of the newly installed circuits. Master the common fault analysis methods and techniques of electrical lighting circuits.
C. Installation of Indoor Distribution Equipments
1. Understand the composition of distribution circuits with more than two shun circuits;
2. Master the installation of distribution equipments with more than two shunt circuits.
D. Connection of Basic Control Circuits of the Electric Motors
1. Understand the type, structure, functions and main parameters of low-voltage appliances; Be familiar with the selection of elements in control circuits of electric motors;
2. Understand the principles of the basic control circuits of electric motors. Learn to conduct connection and wiring of control circuits according to the schematic diagrams;
3. Master the techniques of connection and wiring process of the control circuits in electric motors. Be able to test the correctness of the circuits;
4. Be able to troubleshoot simple problems of the control circuits in electric motors.
E. Installation of Control Cabinet Circuits
1. Understand the relating knowledge of electrical drawing and electrical schematic reading;
2. Be able to install components, understand connection diagrams (shown by multiple methods) and accordingly conduct the wiring process;
3. Make initial grasp of the wiring process and techniques of flexible cords;
4. Master the testing methods of control cabinet and be able to troubleshoot.
