Description
Yalong YL-106A Electrical skills training and Assessment platform This area is based on electrical skills workstation equipment as the core, using industrial situational facilities to build, supporting the teaching process and management system, so that students can carry out practical training and teaching through tasks. The equipment can be operated by 6 students at the same time. The work tasks can be carried out in a team, and the work process can be carried out according to the respective work flow through the division of roles.Theoretical teaching can be carried out at the same time of practical training to realize the integration of “doing”, “learning” and “teaching”.
System composition
The workstation consists of a hexagonal work table, a hexagonal power control panel and typical work tasks. It can accommodate 6 students to operate on the equipment at the same time.
Hexagonal table: the table body is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, which is machined and formed. The surface of the working table is sprayed with plastic and the color is stable. The six-station working table is designed. Each station is equipped with a double-door storage cabinet. The two stations are connected by a circular arc transition plate. The table top is hexagonal structure. It adopts 30mm thick solid core physicochemical board and non-high-density fireproof board. The exterior surface is pasted with fireproof board. The diameter of the table is 2500mm, and the height is designed according to ergonomic requirements. The height is 750mm.
Hexagonal power control panel: The power control panel adopts hexagonal structure, corresponding to the working table, with functions of leakage protection and short circuit protection.A multi-angle HIGH-DEFINITION camera is installed at the top of the workbench to record the actual operation of each student.
The worktable is embedded with a operationalized meshed plate, which is parallel to the worktable when closed at ordinary times and can be used from multiple angles when needed.
