Trainer Function
The overall structure: It mainly consists of four subsystems: wind turbine system, solar photovoltaic module system, control system, and practice detection system.
Wind turbine system:
1) The wind turbine adopts a horizontal-axis permanent magnet generator. Its wind wheel is composed of three blades. The diameter of the wind wheel is 1.7 meters, the wind energy utilization coefficient is 0.32, and the output voltage is 24VDC at the rated speed. The output power is 400W, the service life is more than 15 years; the wind energy is converted into mechanical energy and finally converted into electric energy, and the battery is charged through the controller.
2) The tower adopts a cantilever beam tower structure, made of iron materials, and is equipped with lock wheels at the bottom to facilitate position adjustment;
3) The tail rudder control is adopted for the wind device. A photoelectric sensor is installed on the tower to detect the rotation speed of the generator and display the rotation speed in the practice platform.
Wind direction measurement: Wind direction measurement is realized by using a wind direction sensor, which is a wind vane. The center of gravity of the wind direction sensor is on the axis of the supporting shaft. The whole sensor can swing freely around the vertical axis. Under the action of the dynamic pressure of the wind, it can obtain a direction pointing to the direction of the wind. Balance position. The anemometer in Taichung can monitor the direction of wind in real time.
Wind speed measurement: The wind cup used by the wind speed sensor is fixed on a cross-shaped support 90° with each other by 4 semi-circular hollow shells. Its rotation axis is perpendicular to the direction of the wind, and the main advantage is that it has nothing to do with the direction of the wind. The anemometer in Taichung can display the wind speed in real time.
Wind tunnel: using steel frame structure, using high-strength steel materials, using high-power three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the wind blades, the size of the wind produced can be adjusted. Solar panels: Use rectangular solar panels with the best working voltage of 17.5V, the best working current of 7.43A, and the best working power of 130W. The short-circuit current is 8.01A and the open-circuit voltage is 21.88V.
