Description
YL-195B Motor and Electric Control Training Equipment adopts modular structure and is designed according to current advanced manufacturing technology, the common motor and requirements of electric circuit. It is equipped with advanced and visual multi-functional comprehensive measuring apparatus of velocity, torque, power.
Functional Feature
1. Movable frame: hanging plate (YALONG standard hanging board module) can be hanged on the frame, it is able to be extended and complete various experiments; in addition, it is equipped with 1 pc of movable cabinet, which is easy for the storage of tools need and experiment connection wire;
2. Three-phase power 380V is isolated by isolation transformer, power is supplied though three-phase power, and is equipped with air switch with electric leakage protection and fuse to ensure the safety;
3. Provide a basic platform for the comprehensive experiment with various groups of AC/DC power, and basic instruments;
4. Specified low-voltage motor is used, DC motor is DC servo motor; pedestal adopts precision guide connection method with flexible and precise coordination;
5. The instrument used to measure rotation speed, torque and mechanical power shown by 3 sets of compact 3 1/2 digital numeric tubes, is a patented product of YALONG;
Functional Feature

Main power part: including 1 pc of three-phase power main switch (with electric leakage and short circuit protection), 3 pcs of fuses, 1 pc of green button switch (with light) , 3 pcs of pointer type AC voltmeter 0-250V header, 6 pcs of sheath base. Material of module: high strength iron spraying plastics, the panel pattern, letter symbol are silk-screened by import printing ink;
2. Three-phase AC/DC adjustable power part: 1 pc of DC 0-300V pointer type voltmeter, 3 pcs of AC 0-300V digital voltmeter, 4 pcs of fuses, 1 pc of red and green button switch, 1 pc of seasaw switch, 8 pcs of sheath base. Material of module: high strength iron spraying plastics, the panel pattern, letter symbol are silk-screened by import printing ink;
3. AC adjustable power and single-pole switch part: 1 pc of DC 0-300V pointer type voltmeter, 1 pc of fuse, each 1 pc of red and green button switch, 4 pcs of air switch, 1 pc of seesaw switch, 1 pc of capacitance, 1 pc of inductance, 16 pcs of sheath base. Material of module: high strength iron spraying plastics, the panel pattern, letter symbol are silk-screened by import printing ink;
4. DC power part: 1 pc of 0-30V pointer type voltmeter, 1 pc of DC 0-2A pointer type ammeter, 2 pcs of luminous diode indicator light, 10 pcs of fuses, 2 pcs of potentiometer, 11 pcs of sheath base.
