Structure and configuration

1. Structure of YL-158GA 

YL-158GA1 Electrical Control System Training Equipment consists of practical training cabinet, electrical control element (component) on door plate, instrument, hanging plate of training unit, network configuration hanging plate, PLC controlled machine tool hanging plate, motor unit, motion unit, temperature control component, mesh plate and so on.

YL-158GA1 forms various simple or complex electrical control systems through corresponding components of hanging plate to complete teaching and training.

2. Components of YL-158GA1 

Master switch and instrument unit

Master switch and instrument unit hanging plate is the control signal and display (indication) unit. In the whole electrical control system, it plays a role in providing other units with control signal.

It includes incoming power control and protection, control element of master switch, indicator light, touch screen, display instrument, emergency stop button, and etc.

PLC control unit hanging plate

PLC control unit hanging unit is the main control unit of electrical system program control in YL-158GA. In the whole system, it plays a role in input signal treatment and output electrical control signal.

It includes PLC, analog quantity module, extended module, 0~20mA standard constant current source, 0~10V standard constant voltage source, digital display instrument, frequency converter, servo drive, stepper drive, and etc.

PLC control machine tool circuit intelligent assessment unit hanging plate

Measure and check the fault point through the analysis and judgment of the circuit fault phenomenon of typical machine tool. You can also use PLC to control;
