YL-G10-0002 extensible IO data acquisition card unit adopts high performance ARM architecture (M3 kernel processor, by the communication module, the analog voltage acquisition module, analog current acquisition module and switch signal gathering module, communication module, the analog voltage acquisition module, analog current acquisition module and switch between signal gathering module through the CAN bus connection.
The communication module adopts serial port to communicate with upper computer, responsible for uploading data collected by each module to upper computer or receiving data of upper computer and transferring to each module.Switch signal gathering module to separate quantity input module and switch output module, switch input module can be input and push button switch, limit switch, switch type sensor (close to switches, photoelectric switch and other sensors) signals, such as switch output module can control some executable components, such as cylinder solenoid valve, electric ac contactor, lights, etc.Analog voltage collection module and analog current collection module can measure the sensor data of voltage or current signal type or output voltage or current control other equipment and appliances.
