YL-166-type modern electrical and electronic integrated experimental system is a new generation of modern electrical and electronic integrated experimental system with a brand-new structure. This experimental system adopts the form combining the main control panel with experimental modules. All experimental units are in modular forms, thus for different experiments the appropriate modules can be selected. All power, instrumentation, and signal system are fixed to the main control panel, and are subject to any replacement and combination. It is convenient for the equipment purchase and the combination of experimental circuits.

Features and Structure of the Equipment

A) Product Structure

Taking the high quality steel as the body frame, the table is made of large-scale molding machinery. With the outer surface coated with color epoxy polyethylene and processed by high temperature baking, the machine is firm, durable, and beautiful. Table body is designed with two layers and two protective doors that can be placed with training modules, test chambers and so on. Table top is made of high-density steel plate, and it is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, stain-resistant, smoke-resistant, fire-resistant, mold-proofing, anti-static and easy to clean.

 Five Personal Safety Protection Systems

(1) A set of three-phase isolation transformer (three-phase power is output via the key switch, AC contactor, the isolation transformer, and then the three-phase voltage regulator) is designed to isolate the output from the power grid(floating design), so as to protect personal safety.

(2) Voltage-type leakage protector can protect leakage taking place in the line before the isolation transformer, and the contactor inside the control panel will immediately trip off the power.

(3) Voltage-leakage protector can protect the leakage taking place in the line after the isolation transformer and in the wiring during the experiment. It will send an alarm signal and cut off power to ensure personal safety.

(4) Current-leakage protector will cut off the power if the leakage current exceeds a certain value when there is leakage in the control panel.

(5) Strong and weak electric cable and outlet adopt a fully enclosed structure which is safe, reliable, and anti-electric shock.

Perfect Combination of Comprehensiveness and Flexibility

The power main control panel, various functional modules, measuring instruments, load, and power series (voltage-stabilized source, signal source, constant current source, etc.) are elaborately designed. Schools can purchase modules according to the experimental needs, so as to achieve the flexible configuration.

Functional modules can be easily disassembled. The unneeded components can be removed and placed in the storage cabinet designed for the experimental devices, which is conducive to the management of experimental equipment.

Experimental objects are visible and operable, so students no longer just see the symbol but not the object; experimental objects can be flexibly designed and combined by the students, which can improve students’ interest in experiments and their practical ability.

Both Advanced and Practical

All measuring instruments no longer use the traditional key switch range mode. Instead they are intelligent and have a computer duplex communication function. The computer can monitor the instrument data and control the instrument. Multiple signal outlets are placed and connected to the instrument. When the range is exceeded, the alarm will be set off and the contactor inside the control panel will be tripped, so as to protect the instrument.

Experimental instruments, power system, and signal system are designed with a minimum unit modular. The drawer-type functional components bring unprecedented convenience to the maintenance and usage. The relative components can be freely combined according to the actual requirements.

The single chip intelligent management system is adopted to form a relatively perfect safety assurance system which is capable to comprehensively monitor the working condition of the equipment power. When there is an abnormal operating state (e.g. short circuit), it can timely remind students and teachers, and can also automatically cut off the power supply in the event of a serious failure, and automatically record it to provide first-hand information for the later overhaul.
