Description

The system is a product developed according to the ability-based, employment-oriented,close-knit technical requirements of production and professional positions, and in accordance with the teaching and training requirements of vocational education. The product consists of various types of high-quality power supply, independent electric iron power supply, and various measuring instruments. It can complete small and medium-sized electronic training, electronic component identification and detection, circuit board soldering, electronic product assembly, electronic product debugging and overhaul. The training enables students to master the basic skills of electronic product assembly and commissioning, as well as comprehensive, design and innovative training requirements for electronic production, electronic design competition, course design, and graduation design.

Functional characteristics

  1. Strong comprehensiveness: This system is able to complete electronic primary training projects, intermediate training projects and advanced training projects. Students can reach the level of basic skills training and comprehensive ability training through the initial training; students can reach the level of engineering application training through intermediate training; students can reach the level of innovation awareness training through advanced training.
  2. Strong practicability: Based on the basic electronic production, we select some typical practical circuits as the training programs to improve students’ engineering application training level and innovation consciousness, and enhance students’ interest in learning. It is able to complete the students’ knowledge of the electronic circuit, design, welding, installation, commissioning, maintenance and other skills training.
  3. Safety: every work station of the system is equipped with air switch and fuse with electric leakage protection, so as to ensure the safety. Power of every station is with independent short circuit and over-current protection.
  4. Team work: there are 3 work stations of the system. We can take the experimental training task as one product project based on the same major, the 6 aspects are to complete one specific link of the product, 6 trainees cooperate to complete one project according to their interest, professional expertise.

Structure and configuration

  • Power

There is the AC220V output of each station for the expansion use of equipment and instruments, two-way internet access, and air switch with leakage protection, indicator light and fuse to ensure safe use. At the same time, a swiping card module is configured, and only after the card is swiped correctly can it be powered on.

  • Voltmeter and ammeter

a) 1 pc of precise DC voltmeter (DC30V), voltmeter reading is V; three and a half digit display, external connected voltage input +, – terminal means the positive and negative end of input.

b) 1 pc of precise DC ammeter (DC2000 mA), ammeter reading is mA; three and a half digit display, external connected with current input.

  • Constant flow source output

a) One adjustable constant flow source output, three and half digit digital ammeter reading is mA.

c) Output terminal + – is the positive and negative port respectively.

d) With short circuit protection and open circuit protection function.

  • Adjustable DC power

a) 1 adjustable DC power 0~24V/2A.

  • AC voltage output

c) Set 7 frequency bands, use the up and down to select the frequency band, LED display.

d) Selection of waveform (three types), LED display. Cancel piano-key switch and function selection rotary knob.

e) With sweep frequency function;

g) With frequency counting function of various frequency signal, digital display of input signal frequency.
