YL-160-5(GCK) (KYN28A) high & low voltage electric distribution system is composed of 10KV high-voltage part and 0.4KV part, the high-voltage part (real cabinet, simulated high-voltage) has the inlet cabinet, measurement cabinet, PT cabinet, outlet cabinet, and the low-voltage part has 50KVAdry transformer (with cover), inlet measurement cabinet (GCS), compensation cabinet (GCS), outlet cabinet 1(GCS), outlet cabinet 2(GGD), simulated load cabinet, in total 9 cabinets and a transformer.

The cabinet electric power distribution system, can let students learn how to operate safely.

Functions and training projects

(1). functions

1)        Comprehensive. It can be used for students to learn the primary and secondary electric distribution systems, to let students learn how the electric distribution systems work, and the students also can learn how to maintain and operate in the electric power supply distribution system;

2)        System. It is as same as a real system structure, and it can be used for the students to learn the electric distribution system PC control modes. Also it can be used for the students to learn the secondary circuit fundamental and relay safeguard fundamental;

3)        Teaching.

6)        Safety. High-voltage part has AC 3-phase & 5-line 380V inlet. The vacuum breakers, and other high-voltage elements are the real 12KV voltage degree elements, according to the safety requirements on the power supply in schools.

7)        Real. The real high & low voltage electric distribution cabinet is used for students to learn how to operate in the system. With front and rear windows, to achieve teaching and learning demonstration functions, and for students how all parts and elements work inside the system. The whole equipment includes 10KV/0.4KV power supply system.

YL-160-5(GCK) (KYN28A) high & low voltage electric distribution system has XNR-800 PC protector, with group software for “4-remote control” functions.

The cabinet has the single-circuit circuit power supply. In training, students can learn how to operate and connect the insulation switches, breakers, contactors, voltage mutual-inductors, current mutual-inductors, instruments and meters, compensation capacitors, other controllers, cables and wires.

1. Training functions

1) The real 10KV work conditions: as same as a real system, all safeguard elements and instruments run as same as the real ones in the real industry and life, the switches and loads work as same as the real ones, also the capacitors work as same as the real ones,

2) System safety: without the real 10KV power supply, but it works as same as that; the system has various safeguard functions, with leaks safeguard functions; the errors made by students in the system will not lead any humans injury and system accidents.

3) energy-saving: no real loads, save power;

4) System functions: The system communication control software monitors the power supply management flow: power supply plan design and audit, on-site acceptance, power supply, safety check, dispensable elements replacement and relays safeguard debugging functions.

5) Measurement ends: the high-voltage and low-voltage measurement will be done on these ends, and the simulated circuit and transformer will be ready for the loss measurement; the students also can calibrate the power measurement on-site. The high-voltage PT, CT capacity test will be done. The high-voltage PT secondary voltage-drop test will be done.
