This equipment is based on Internet of things technology, intelligent building technology, network communication technology, the fieldbus technology, sensor detecting technology, monitoring technology, embedded control technology, its energy consumption framework integration technology, integration of Lonworks technology, Canbus integration technology, Zigbee integration technology and the multi-discipline knowledge such as WiFi integration technology, with wisdom construction of each system design and development in the project implementation as the guidance, from the Angle of combining teaching and practice training and examination of students’ practical ability and the hardware and software design and development ability,To cultivate outstanding engineers with the spirit of “modern craftsmen”.
The platform consists of international standard 19-inch open rack platform, power management unit, fault assessment unit, technology development unit, programming workstation unit and integrated wiring unit.
International standard 19-inch open rack platform can be configured with various standard cabinet equipment, such as standardized functional modules, integrated cabling cabinet equipment and mesh plate modules that can be freely configured.
The power management unit is equipped with a variety of ac and dc power supplies of various specifications, as well as teaching auxiliary functions such as step trip protection, detection and protection of short connection between power supplies and alarm indication.
The WiFi touch-screen fault assessment module includes the answer panel and fault relay board with the interaction interface of 5-inch TFT real color screen. The fault relay board can communicate with the intelligent answer panel to set the fault unit. Students can solve the fault by finding the fault and answering on the intelligent answer device as the student end.
Technology development unit by Jace integration server monitoring module, its Framework is an open integrated application and development of software, Lonworks gateway, Lonworks network nodes, Canbus gateway, Canbus nodes, Zigbee/Wifi network monitoring module and analog I/O module, the technology to develop software platform integrated with all kinds of hardware and the function of data acquisition card for protocol communication and the tools needed to quickly build all kinds of system, development and application process becomes vivid interesting, greatly improve the design efficiency.
The programming workstation unit is composed of fan-less embedded programming host and LCD.
The integrated cabling unit is composed of intelligent building integrated monitoring software, wireless AP nodes, distribution frame, information module and bridge frame.
