Description
The framework of the YL-75A IoT Training System is based on the certification system of “Global Internet Open Framework Technical Qualification Niagara TCP (Technical Certificate Program)”. The system involves industrial Internet technology, network communication technology, fieldbus technology, PLC control technology, inverter communication technology, sensors Multi-disciplinary knowledge of detection technology, embedded control technology, Niagara framework interconnection technology, Modbus TCP/MSTP interconnection technology, TCP/IP interconnection technology and WiFi interconnection technology. From the perspective of combining teaching and practice, students’ system application ability and software and hardware design and development ability are cultivated and assessed, and outstanding engineers with “modern craftsman spirit” are cultivated.
The YL-75A IoT Training System is mainly composed of Niagara server, PROFINET TCP/IP PLC controller, Modbus MSTP inverter, Modbus TCP HMI touch screen, Modbus TCP IOT terminal acquisition board (WiFi), Niagara Framework open interconnection application and development software, analog I/O, Power module, PCB main panel, etc. The technology development software platform integrates the functions of protocol communication with various brands of software and hardware and the tools needed to quickly build various systems, making the development and application process lively and interesting, and greatly improving design efficiency.
